Clarity In Darkness reviews Mon, 18 Jan 2010 19:00:00 GMT Clarity In Darkness has been greeted with some great reviews so far:
DPRP "I can think of no room for improvement from this awesome band. 10/10"
Big Distraction "Where The Resonance Association go from here is anybody's guess ... they have produced a phenomenal work of art that will satisfy fans of the band and newcomers alike for a long time to come. Outstanding."
Terrorizer magazine "Fans of the Drone Zone will dig this ... a release that takes time to catch, but when it does it's impressive"
Rock-A-Rolla "Classic prog meets ambient meets drone meets industrial ... [Clarity In Darkness] definitely has its moments, strangely stuck in some parallel dimension between the 80s and the avant world of today"
Hippy Towers "What we have here is the band's finest work. Not just compositionally, though there's certainly plenty of variety on offer here; nor merely in terms of the production which is also the clearest and best-defined that the duo have enjoyed to date; but also in terms of honing their trademark sound to a fine point and also in that they have tried some interesting new variations on that sound"
Of course, as they say, you can't please everyone...
Mass Movement "There is no way to peg this into a category except maybe experimental"
InYourSpeakers.com "... so meek and dull it would put a sugar-buzzed child to sleep ... relentlessly long"
Clarity In Darkness is available now from Burning Shed (CD), Rough Trade (CD), Southern Records (CD), Norman Records (CD), Amazon (download), iTunes (download), eMusic (download) and Napster (download).
